Gentlemen,

Congratulations! The judging committee for the Crawford Award wishes to say thank you for contributing a newsletter that has surpassed all others in literary excellence during the past year. What has gone to print as C.A.N.S. News has undoubtedly been the work of a skilled editor who has put together an easy reading, informative and well-rounded publication.. As such, it calls for your compliments to him for having set your organization apart from all the rest!

We hope our acknowledgement at this year's GNI Gathering adds further recognition to your achievement. It will be made known to the entire gay naturist audience there in attendance. C.A.N.S. News is something to be very proud of because it has taken a great deal of time and effort to compile, edit, format and publish what has become an outstanding trademark of your organization. It spotlights all of you as a group of men who are informed, interested and pro-active within the gay naturist movement. We salute all of you and especially wish to acknowledge your editor who placed your beliefs and ideals out front.

Accompanying this letter is a check for monetary donations collected from other clubs who competed for this year's Crawford Award. We wish it was more but we consider it secondary to the recognition we hope will give all of you the incentive to keep writing and publishing articles that promote the gay naturist movement. Thank you and congratulations for your contribution of excellence.
